August 2003 Cinnabon opened it's first Cinnabon Café in City Center-Maadi, Starting year 2004 an aggressive Cinnabon expansion, by opening the Middle East’s first Cinnabon Bakery Café in Mohandessin, followed by the biggest outlet in the Middle East Cinnabon bakery café – City stars December 2004, and 15 Cinnabon outlets in the most prominent locations in Cairo, Alexandria and Hurghada with an aggressive plan to reach 23 outlets by end of the year 2006.
